Which blogs or communities do you read most often? What makes these your favorites?


My favorite communities include:
allbingo -- Hosts a bingo fest every month with different themes.
crowdfunding -- A place to talk about crowdfunding and to do the Creative Jam each month.
birdfeeding -- All about birdfeeding and birdwatching.
books and book_love -- Review communities.
creative_cooks and recipecommunity -- Places to share recipes.
snowflake_challenge and sunshine_challenge -- Seasonal events.
friending_memes -- Occasional events to meet new people.
followfriday -- Good for recommendations of communities or blogs to read.
fandomcalendar and fandom_on_dw -- News of fannish activities.
dw_community_promo -- Find new communities to enjoy.

My favorite blogs include:
dialecticdreamer -- Original fiction, mostly fantasy.
nsfwords -- Original fiction, speculative fiction and other stuff.
galadhir -- Signwriting and morris dancing, among other things.
supermario128 -- Video game reviews, discovered in Three Weeks for Dreamwidth.

I like communities where I can share common interests with other folks. Blogs are more eclectic -- some because I have things in common, some because they are so different.
